Our office participates in most insurance plans as well as Medicare. We accept and submit claims to most insurance companies on your behalf. If your contract requires a co-payment for an office visit, this is expected at the time of your visit.
Our staff is dedicated to helping you. Be sure to bring your insurance information and any special insurance forms with you to your visit. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your insurance coverage. Please let us know in advance if you do not have insurance, and we will work with you to develop a plan for payment.
Fees and payments
Payment is expected at the time of your office visit unless you have Medicare or another participating plan.
Please check with your insurance company to determine if our physicians are participatings provider in your health insurance program. Your co-payment is due at the time of service as a requirement of your insurance contract.

You may have noticed that your doctor is no longer writing out your prescriptions. Instead, we are now able to ePrescribe most medications. Simply provide us with your pharmacy name and location and we'll take care of the rest. ePrescribing is easy and secure, uses less paper and saves time. Please contact us for more information or to sign up.
Please note: Before picking up your ePrescribed medication, please call your pharmacy to check on its status. If there is a problem, please have the pharmacy contact our office.
Our office can refill prescriptions for our patients at the discretion of their physician. Please call our office and leave the following information with our staff when you need a medication refill.

- Your birth date
- Prescription name and spelling
- Pharmacy name
- Pharmacy phone number
- Phone number where you can be reached
We encourage you to call your pharmacy to determine if your prescription is complete. Messages left with staff after 4:00 p.m. will be answered the next business day.
